Wayne Stone

Wayne Stone has an extensive work experience history. Wayne began their career in 2000 as the Director of Operations at the NHS Counter Fraud & Security Management Service, where they managed investigations and implemented policies to prevent fraud and corruption. Wayne then joined HBF as the Group Loss Manager, overseeing fraud prevention and detection. Wayne later became the Provider Relations Manager, responsible for managing relationships with healthcare providers and ensuring value for HBF members. Wayne also worked at Gumala Investments Proprietary Ltd as the Executive Manager of Governance & Compliance. At HBF Health, Wayne held various roles, including General Manager Integrity and Head of Pharmacy. In their most recent position at MSS Security, they served as the General Manager. Wayne has expertise in fraud management, governance, and compliance.

Wayne Stone attended the University of Portsmouth from 2002 to 2006, where they studied Fraud & Criminal Justice Studies. During that time, they also obtained a Certified Fraud Specialist qualification in Financial Forensics and Fraud Investigation. In 2013, Wayne completed an Advanced Contract Law course at Contract Management Professionals (Informa), specializing in Contract Law and Management. In 2012, they pursued an Executive Development Programme at the Australian Institute of Management WA. Furthermore, Wayne obtained a Diploma in Security & Risk Management from the Australian Security Academy in the same year. Finally, in 2017, Wayne began attending the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is currently pursuing a degree in an undisclosed field of study.
