Michele Willett

Michele Willett has a diverse and extensive work experience. Michele is currently working as a Lead Program Manager at HBK Engineering, LLC since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Bluepeak as a Market Expansion, Construction Program Director from August 2021 to August 2022. Before that, they were a Client Services Team Lead at Soul Machines from December 2020 to October 2021. Additionally, Michele worked as a Senior Program Manager at Amazon Web Services in 2019. Michele also held the position of Director, Client Services at The Carruthers Group from December 2017 to December 2018. Michele previously worked at Kaiser Permanente as a Senior Program Management Consultant from December 2014 to June 2016. Michele also has experience working as a Chief of Staff + Program Management Consultant at MRW Consulting, LLC from June 2008 to June 2016. Before that, they were the Owner and CEO of Finer Points Planning, LLC from September 2003 to March 2008. Michele began their career as a Manager, Client Services at BSA Advertising from October 2002 to August 2003 and also worked as a Manager, Client Services at Schifino Lee Advertising + Branding from June 2001 to July 2002.

Michele Willett completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising, with a focus on Marketing, Business, and Communications, at the University of Florida from 1995 to 1999. In 2014, they obtained a Certification in Project Management from Colorado State University. Additionally, Michele Willett is also a certified Project Management Professional, accredited by the Project Management Institute in 2015.
