Martin Hamilton

Martin Hamilton is currently the Head of Talent & Development at HBK - Hottinger Brüel & Kjær. Prior to this role, Martin served as a Human Resources Management Consultant at Primark, Management Consultant at SmartWisdom, Group Talent Director at TT Electronics plc, and Head of Learning & Development at Centrica Energy. With a background in Capability & Training at PwC, Martin has also held various leadership roles in human capital management and learning development. Martin holds a MA (Hons) in German and French from the University of St Andrews and has participated in the Erasmus Programme at the University of Bonn.
