Smita Patro

Smita Patro is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software management and engineering. Currently serving as a Technical Product Owner at HBK - Hottinger Brüel & Kjær since March 2023, Smita previously held the position of Software Manager at Lam Research from October 2019 to December 2022, leading a team to drive strategic initiatives and software engineering activities using Agile methodologies. Prior to that, Smita was a Senior Software Technical Lead Engineer at Lam Research, where responsibilities included requirement gathering, design, and project delivery. Smita's early career involved various software engineering roles at Wipro Technologies, focusing on projects for clients such as Johnson Controls and Ciena. Smita holds a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Science and Technology, completed in 2008.
