Keith Miner

Keith Miner has over 20 years of work experience in the direct mail industry. Keith began their career in 1995 as an Account Manager at RR Donnelley & Sons. In 2007, they moved to Echo Communicate as a Sales Executive, and then to FedEx Office as a Field Account Executive in 2008. In 2009, they joined The YGS Group as a Mailroom Operations Manager, where they developed automation and quality control procedures. In 2012, they moved to Mount Vernon Printing Company as a Direct Mail Manager, where they managed data and mail processing teams, consulted with sales and clients on data and direct mail programs, and served as a USPS liason and expert in postal regulations. In 2016, they became a Mail Operations Manager at McArdle a Bloomberg BNA Company, where they managed mail list processing teams and developed data automation processes. Most recently, they have been a Direct Mail Manager at HBP Inc. since 2017, where they manage a data processing team, creates automation workflows, develops quality check procedures, and improves customer relations.

Keith Miner attended Gettysburg College from 1991 to 1992.
