Meg Pfoutz

Meg Pfoutz has over 8 years of experience in human resources. Meg is currently the Director of Human Resources at Electro Freeze / HC Duke and Son, LLC, where they are responsible for workforce management, payroll processing, benefit administration, leave administration, and recruitment efforts at all levels of the organization. Meg also provides guidance to the executive team and ensures compliance with state and federal laws. Before their current role, Meg worked as a Human Resources Manager at Sterilite Corporation, where they handled payroll, benefit administration, contingent workforce invoicing, and employee relations. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Securitas for 6 years.

Meg Pfoutz, SHRM-SCP, completed their Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Ashford University, where they attended from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Northern Iowa from 2000 to 2004. In June 2022, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
