Maria Vavoulas

Maria Vavoulas is currently the Chief Operating Officer at HC Group, where Maria oversees core operations, legal & compliance, HR, finance, and sales support globally. Additionally, Maria is a Champion at The Code, an agreement between specialist recruitment consultancies. Prior to this, Maria held roles such as COO at The Hive and Engagement Manager at Consulting Professionals Ltd. Maria has a Mini MBA from Birkbeck, University of London and a 2:1 degree in European Theatre Arts from Rose Bruford College of Speech and Drama.
