Alyssa Blumhardt

Alyssa Blumhardt serves as the GVP of MidAmerica Physician Recruitment & CRM at HCA MidAmerica Division since November 2015, where responsibilities include managing the CRM platform and its associated processes. Previously, Alyssa held various leadership positions in physician recruitment within HCA, leading recruitment efforts for a multi-market healthcare network and contributing to Kansas City's largest healthcare network's recruitment initiatives. Prior experience includes managing physician relations and recruitment at Carondelet Health, as well as roles in sales and marketing at Office Elements and within minor league baseball and tennis organizations. Alyssa holds an MBA in Healthcare Leadership from Rockhurst University and a BA in Public Relations from the University of Northern Iowa.
