Sasha Bass

Sasha Bass, MHA, currently serves as the Assistant Administrator at HCA Florida Healthcare, overseeing various departments including Environmental Services and Food and Nutrition Services at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital. Selected for HCA Healthcare's Leadership Institute Academy Class of 2024, Sasha also holds the position of Communications Chair for the East Florida Division Women's Colleague Network. Previous experience includes an Administrative Resident role at the same hospital, participation in Leadership St. Lucie, and various internships across healthcare and marketing sectors. Sasha completed a Master of Health Administration at the University of Miami Herbert Business School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UCLA.
