Jen Morris

Jen Morris, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Regional Vice President of Human Resources for HCA Healthcare, specifically within the HCA East Florida Division since May 2021. Prior to this role, Jen held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Medical City Dallas and its affiliated facilities from September 2019 to May 2021, and at Medical City Plano and Medical City Frisco from July 2016 to September 2019. Jen also served as Vice President of Human Resources at Medical Center Arlington from October 2013 to July 2016, and held various HR management roles at The Medical Center of Plano from July 2001 to October 2013. Jen began a career in recruitment at Baylor University Medical Center from February 1998 to June 2001. Jen holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Management with a focus on Human Resources from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor's Degree in English and Psychology from Truman State University.
