Daniel Zarazinski

Daniel Zarazinski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and process safety management. Currently serving as Director of Compliance & Risk Management and Project Manager at HCG Associates since December 2021, Daniel previously worked at Saputo Cheese USA as a PSM Specialist from September 2017 to December 2021, where responsibilities included managing industrial refrigeration systems and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Prior to that, Daniel was the Process Safety Management Coordinator at Searles Valley Minerals from March 2015 to July 2017, leading the PSM program for multiple processes. Daniel's foundation in leadership and operations was established during a 10-year tenure in the United States Marine Corps, where roles included H-1 Maintenance Control Chief and Tool Control Program Coordinator. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Applied Leadership for Teaching and Learning and a Master of Science in Management from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership.
