Sonam Sikka is currently the Talent Acquisition Lead for EMEA & APAC at HCLSoftware since November 2022, focusing on full life-cycle recruitment and managing a team of recruiters across multiple regions. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Havas Group India and as Talent Acquisition Manager at Mercer. At Burda Media India, held the position of Manager - Human Resources, overseeing core HR functions and recruitment processes. Earlier roles include Senior Consultant at KaRrma Consultants, specializing in key account management and client relationships. Sonam holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and a B.Com from Delhi University.
