Thiago Tojal

Thiago F. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Thiago currently serves as the COO and Superintendente Operações at Hcor since May 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Business and Operation - Diagnostic Medicine at Hcor from October 2020 to May 2022.

Before joining Hcor, Thiago worked at Time for Fun - T4F Entretenimento S/A as a Senior Manager in Revenue Management, Business Improvement, and Business from January 2020 to October 2020.

Thiago also has experience at Petz - O seu Pet Center de Estimação, where they worked as a Business Senior Manager from May 2018 to August 2019. In this role, they were responsible for creating and developing strategies for the veterinary business, including launching a new brand and implementing a business plan.

Prior to Petz, Thiago worked at Grupo Fleury where they held several positions. Thiago served as a Senior Manager in Medical Data Analytics & Strategy from February 2017 to May 2018. Thiago also worked as an S&OP & Workforce Manager from April 2015 to February 2017, a Business Intelligence Manager from November 2014 to April 2015, a Business Coordinator from January 2013 to November 2014, and a Business Trainee from January 2011 to December 2012.

Thiago's early career includes experience at TBE - Transmissoras Brasileiras de Energia as a Finance & Accounting Trainee from October 2009 to December 2010, and at General Motors as a Junior Analyst in Material Planning and Inventory Control from January 2007 to March 2008.

Thiago F. completed a Mestrado em Administração de Empresas (Master's degree in Business Administration) with a focus on Gestão de Serviços de Saúde (Health Services Management) from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2023. Prior to that, in 2021, they obtained a Black belt in Administração e Negócios (Administration and Business) from Fundação Vanzolini. Thiago also completed a program in Liderança (Leadership) from Lumo in 2020. Thiago F. holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, which they completed between 2010 and 2012. Before that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas in 2008, and another Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho between 2004 and 2007.
