Claire Parsonage is a Project & Change Lead at HCRG Care Group, responsible for managing operational and change projects. Throughout their career, Claire has held roles such as People Transformation Lead and HR Business Partner at Virgin Care Limited, where Claire provided strategic support and guidance on HR matters. Prior to this, Claire worked as a Senior Change Manager at Virgin Care and as an HR Advisor at Mersey Care NHS Trust, where Claire provided professional HR advice and support. Claire attended Norton Priory Comprehensive School.
