Nicole Noel

Nicole Noel, LCSW, is an experienced professional who has held various roles in the field of social work. Nicole currently serves as a Behavioral Health UM Care Coordinator - Team Lead at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas. Prior to this, Nicole worked as a Psychiatric Social Worker II at Parkland Hospital and as a Transition Specialist/CPS Specialist III at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. Nicole also has experience as an Au Pair, providing childcare and supporting the development of children. Nicole holds a Master of Social Work from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work/Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington.
