Nicole Valdivieso

Nicole Valdivieso has been the head of Legal Affairs since August 2019. Prior to joining our company, Ms. Valdivieso was an attorney at Kain Spielman, P.A. from 2014 to 2019; of counsel attorney at Lott & Fischer, P.L. from 2011 to 2014 and an attorney at Lott & Friedland, P.A. from 2003 to 2009. She served as in-house contract patent attorney at Conoco Inc. from 2001 to 2002 and in-house counsel to Kos Pharmaceuticals Inc. from 2000 to 2001. Ms. Valdivieso is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Intellectual Property. She is a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and is admitted to the State Bars of Florida and Texas.

She has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in biotechnology from Ferris State University.
