Sungwoo Lee

Sungwoo Lee has a diverse work experience in the construction equipment industry. Sungwoo currently serves as the Managing Director at Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe since December 2019. Prior to that, they held positions at Hyundai Construction Equipment Company as the Head of Business Development from July 2018 to December 2019, and as the Head of Department from April 2017 to July 2018. Sungwoo also worked at Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd where they served as the Head of Department from November 2016 to March 2017 and from January 2016 to October 2016. Sungwoo was also a Member of Council there from June 2015 to December 2015 and was appointed as a General Manager from March 2015 to June 2015. Before that, Sungwoo had worked at Hyundai Construction Equipment India Pvt. Ltd. as a General Manager for Sales and Marketing from January 2011 to March 2015. Sungwoo started their career at Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. in various roles including Sales Manager for Latin America and Manager for Overseas Sales CIS and Turkey from 2009 to 2011. Sungwoo also held the position of Sales Coordinating Manager at Hyundai Heavy Industries Europe from 2005 to 2009. Sungwoo began their career as a Production Engineer at Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. in 1998 and later became a Sales Representative for construction equipment and material handling equipment.

Sungwoo Lee attended Inha University from 1991 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
