Ashis Rout

Ashis Rout is an accomplished IT security professional with extensive experience in the banking sector. Since January 2000, Ashis has served as Vice President of IT Security Operations & Control at HDFC Bank. Previously, Ashis held the position of Head of IT Governance at Centurian Bank of Punjab from 2005 to 2008 and was a Deputy Vice President at Bank of Punjab from 2000 to 2005. Ashis began a career in IT management at ING Vysya Bank from 1992 to 1996. Educational qualifications include certifications in CRISC and CGEIT from ISACA, alongside a PG Diploma in Computer Applications from Ranchi University and a Master’s degree in Mathematics with a focus on Operations Research from Utkal University. Ashis's foundational education was completed at DAV College Koraput and DAV High School.
