Jennifer Kovach's work experience started in 2012, where they worked for PennySaver USA as an Account Manager in the National Division. Jennifer later moved to regional sales and worked as an Account Coordinator. In 2015, they worked for OXIGEN Beverages USA Inc., where they held multiple positions such as Brand Manager, Event Marketing Manager, National Administrative Manager, HR, Supply Chain Specialist, and Sales Representative. Jennifer was part of a 10-person team and was responsible for various tasks such as brokering deals with elite partnerships, managing tradeshows and consumer facing events, conducting demos, managing contracts for national retail chains and distributors, and more. Jennifer joined HdL Companies in 2019 as a Marketing Manager, where they developed marketing annual goals, quarterly strategies, campaign creation, content creation, data analysis, and KPI performance insight. Jennifer replaced an external ad agency for a cost-saving of $120k+ annually and brought social media, public relations and content creation in-house.

Jennifer Kovach earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from California State University, Fullerton in 2014. Jennifer has also obtained several certifications in digital marketing, including Google Analytics for Beginners from Google in 2021, and several certifications from Google and Digital Marketing Institute in 2022 and 2023. Jennifer obtained a Mailchimp Foundations certification from Intuit Mailchimp in October 2022.
