Matthew Goulet

Matthew Goulet, P.Eng, currently serves as Freight Rail Lead and Senior Project Manager at HDR since March 2017. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Project Manager at AECOM from November 2009 to March 2017. Matthew's career began at CN in February 2006, where responsibilities increased over 3.5 years, culminating in the role of Track Construction Manager, overseeing construction management in Ontario. Matthew holds a degree from McMaster University.
