Nathan Scott possesses extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently working as a Licensed Listing Agent at Orchard since February 2021, where responsibilities include negotiating offers and facilitating smooth closings in the Raleigh and Charlotte NC markets. As the Owner/Broker at Resource Residential Realty since August 2019, Nathan provides sales guidance and consulting to residential investors, leveraging a solid background in property management. Previously, Nathan served as Co-Owner/Broker-In-Charge at Next Stage Realty, overseeing a team of agents and managing compliance.
