Scott Barker

Scott Barker, PMP, serves as a Program Manager at HDT Global since April 2007, specializing in program management and business development, particularly in support of USMC, Navy, and SOCOM joint combat initiatives. Previously, Scott worked as a Design Engineer and Head of Internal IT at Valley Precision Inc. and as a Draftsman at both Shenandoah Engineering Services and Riddleberger Brothers, Inc. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University, completed between 2000 and 2006.
