Sanjana Bhandari

Sanjana Bhandari currently serves as Executive Evaluation at Head Held High Foundation since November 2021, where key responsibilities include designing an Evaluation and Certification framework, conducting comprehensive assessments of trainers and trainees, and developing relevant training content. Previously, Sanjana was an Executive Trainer involved in the LEADERS UNLEASHED project with Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, focusing on leadership development. Sanjana's experience also includes internships at Youthology International and the National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Bengali Honours from The University of Bardwan.
