Joanna Crosby has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014 when they worked as a Shop Assistant for Isabel Hospice and a Customer Assistant for The Playbarn. In 2015, they began working part-time as a Customer Assistant for Boots UK while attending sixth form. In 2018, they interned as a Customer Events and Retail Activations Intern for Royal Caribbean International. In 2019, they worked as an Event Sales Executive for Royal Lancaster London, where they managed incoming Conference and Events enquiries, created personalized event proposals, and represented the hotel at show rounds, meetings, and events. In 2020, they worked as an R&D Business Development Executive for Cooper Parry R&D Incentives. Finally, in 2021, they held two roles at Hire Space, as a Relationship Manager and an Account Executive. Currently, they are a Client Services Manager at HeadBox.

Joanna Crosby attended Leventhorpe School from 2009 to 2016, and then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Event Management from the University of Chester from 2016 to 2019.
