Marek Furtak, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Marek started their career in 2006 as a Programmer (Java + Oracle) at KAMSOFT. In 2007, they joined Siedem sp. z o.o. as an IT Project Manager and later took on the role of Programmer. In 2010, they briefly worked as a Coach at Międzynarodowe Centrum Partnerstwa Partners Network.

Since 2012, Marek has been working at HeadChannel - bespoke software development. Marek started as an IT Project Manager and progressively took on higher roles such as Head of Project Management Office, Senior PM, Head of Analysis and Board Member, Operations Manager/Senior Project Manager, and Head of Business Analysis Department. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Project Officer.
