Farren Murphy

Farren Murphy has a diverse work experience in the flooring industry. Their most recent position was as the Managing Director - Key Accounts at Headlam Group plc, where they began in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Commercial Director for the same company starting in February 2020. Before joining Headlam Group plc, Farren held various roles at ScS - Sofa Carpet Specialist, starting as a Commercial Manager in November 2016 and later becoming the Head of Flooring in February 2018. From 2009 to 2016, Farren worked at Carpetright, where they held positions such as Regional Sales Manager, Regional Operations Manager, and Senior Store Manager. Farren's earliest work experience in the flooring industry can be traced back to their time at Allied Carpets, where they started as a Warehouse Assistant and eventually became a Senior Store Manager over a span of six years from 2002 to 2009.

Farren Murphy attended Brune Park Community School from 1996 to 2001 where they obtained 8 GCSEs. Later, from 2001 to 2002, Farren studied at Fareham College and received a BTEC National Diploma in Sports Science with a focus on Sports Studies.
