Sam Payne

Sam Payne is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and consultancy. Currently serving as an Account Director at Headland Consultancy since December 2021, Sam previously held the position of Account Manager within the same company. Prior to this role, Sam worked at the House of Commons as a Parliamentary Assistant to Layla Moran MP, Lib Dem Spokesperson for Foreign Affairs, from February 2019 to December 2021. Sam's career began with the Liberal Democrats, where roles included Coordinator of the Business & Entrepreneurs Network and Fundraising and Events Assistant from September 2017 to February 2019. Academically, Sam Payne holds both a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) and a Master of Arts (MA) in Anglo-Saxon, Norse & Celtic from the University of Cambridge, completing studies in 2017 and 2016 respectively.
