Adrian Milton

Adrian Milton joined Headlands Research as Vice President and General Counsel, with over a decade of experience across multiple industries. Prior to joining Headlands, Adrian served as Deputy General Counsel of an S&P 500 company. In this role, he advised on a diverse array of matters, ranging from corporate transactional matters, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance to debt and equity financing. In addition to legal advisory responsibilities, his innovative and forward-thinking strategies contributed to the company’s asset base and profile growth. He led and participated in shareholder engagement efforts, large- and small-scale M&A transactions and integrations amongst other initiatives. He began his career at Latham & Watkins LLP, where he served clients across industries in unique and complex corporate and securities matters.

Adrian earned a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a BBA in International Business and Marketing from the University of Oklahoma.
