Sharon Romang has a diverse range of work experience in the creative industry. Sharon is currently the Vice President of Creative at Headlight, where they initiated and developed the company's creative offering. Prior to that, they worked at Smartly.io as an Associate Creative Director and Senior Art Director, playing a key role in growing the creative team and managing projects for top global advertisers. Sharon also worked as a Senior Creative at New York Magazine and provided freelance graphic design services to Studio Jeremyville NYC. Earlier in their career, they held roles as an Art Director and Senior Designer at B&H Photo Video, worked as a Creative Consultant at srmng, and served as a Design Lead at BTJ NYC. Sharon also has experience as a Motion Graphics & Character Design Instructor and Director of Marketing and Promotions. Additionally, they worked as a Design Intern at The Museum of Modern Art. Sharon Romang's work experience showcases their expertise in creative direction, design, illustration, and creative strategy in various industries.

Sharon Romang has a diverse education history. In 2006, they obtained a High School Diploma with concentrations in Industrial and Product Design from ORT Argentina. Later, from 2010 to 2011, Sharon attended the University of Buenos Aires, where they pursued studies in Graphic Design.

In 2011, Sharon enrolled at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Design in 2014. During this time, they also participated in The New York Arts Practicum program in 2013 as a mentee.

In 2014, Sharon participated in an International Exchange Program at The Manchester Metropolitan University, focusing on a BA (Hons) Illustration with Animation.

Additionally, Sharon Romang has obtained multiple certifications from Meta, including Certified Creative Strategy Professional, Creative Strategy Blueprint: Ad Placements and Formats, Creative Strategy Blueprint: Communicating With Your Customers, Creative Strategy Blueprint: Creating Ads That Align to Your Business Goals, Creative Strategy Blueprint: Creative Brief Development, Creative Strategy Blueprint: Defining your audience, Creative Strategy Blueprint: Evaluation and Measurement, Creative Strategy Blueprint: Meta Advertising Standards, Creative Strategy Blueprint: Mobile First Fundamentals, and Creative Strategy Blueprint: Reaching More People on Instagram. These certifications were obtained in August 2023.
