Sayantani Som

Sayantani Som possesses a diverse background in operations, quality audit, and customer experience, with significant experience in the hospitality and coworking sectors. At Headout since June 2022, Sayantani is involved in quality and audit as well as operations. Prior roles include customer experience and escalations at Camp K12, and community operations executive at Awfis Space Solutions, where responsibilities included managing a large coworking center and enhancing revenue through events. Sayantani also gained valuable experience as a trainee in event management at Hyatt Regency, contributing to sales, marketing, and guest activities. An alumnus of the International Institute of Hotel Management, Sayantani holds a bachelor's degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management.
