Heather Grayson

Heather Grayson is the managing partner at H.I. Executive Consulting, a position they have held since August 2013. Prior to that, they were a partner at Reed Hamilton, a boutique management consulting and executive search firm with offices in Singapore and Hong Kong. Ms. Grayson ran the Hong Kong office and the Real Estate practice at Reed Hamilton.

Before their work in management consulting, Ms. Grayson was a partner at Bombshell Productions, a theater production company. Heather also worked as a researcher at TMP Worldwide and an EOD Officer in the US Army.

Ms. Grayson has a long history of working in leadership positions and has been instrumental in the success of various businesses. Heather is a highly skilled consultant and executive search professional with a proven track record of success.

Heather Grayson has a MFA from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA in English Literature and Drama from Vanderbilt University. Heather also attended Heidelberg American High School.

Their manager is David Gabriel, Managing Partner. They are on a team with Bill Katsaros - Managing Partner, Walter Hagemeier - Managing Partner, and Mike Goldstone - Managing Partner.
