Stuart Ridley is a principal at H.I. Executive Consulting. Stuart has over 15 years of experience in executive search and leadership consulting.

Stuart started their career at Odgers Berndtson, where they spent two years as a consultant. Stuart then moved to Harvey Nash Executive Search, where they spent two years as director and joint head of practice. In 2015, Stuart joined Tech London Advocates & Global Tech Advocates, where they spent four years as a principal.

Stuart has a proven track record in helping companies find the right leaders for their businesses. Stuart is an expert in leadership development and succession planning. Stuart is passionate about helping companies grow and scale their businesses.

Stuart Ridley completed a MA (Hons) in Management at Heriot-Watt University.
