Rob Hoadley

Rob Hoadley is an accomplished analyst at FORMA Brands, leading data analytics for several cosmetic brands since November 2021. Concurrently, Rob serves as a consultant for HeadSet Sports and a coach for USA Rugby, demonstrating extensive experience in rugby coaching roles, including head coach for San Diego Legion and various positions with USA Rugby, such as attack coach and defensive coach. Rob's coaching career spans multiple teams, including the Ricoh Black Rams and Wasps, with a foundation in professional rugby as a player with Wales Rugby Union.
