Darren Mathis

Darren Mathis serves as the CFO of Headwater Companies since March 2017, overseeing a collection of groundwater distributors focused on delivering quality products and services. Prior experience includes roles as Member of the Board of Directors at Delphi-TVS, where Darren led the Audit Committee, and as Divisional CFO and Global Finance Director at Delphi, a major vehicle components manufacturer. Additional finance leadership positions were held at Danaher Corporation, including Vice President of Finance and CFO, as well as various roles from Assistant Controller to Senior Financial Analyst. Earlier in the career, Darren contributed to Ford Motor Company and Toyota in financial and engineering capacities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Michigan, a Graduate Level degree in Accounting from Harvard University, and an MBA in Finance from Michigan State University.
