Brian Rinkoski

Brian joined Headway in February 2023. As a Case Management Supervisor, he will be serving Case Managers who in turn serve children and families navigating the complex mental health and social support systems. As he shifts his responsibilities from a direct service role to overseeing supervisees, he both hopes to pay forward the great supervision he benefitted from early in his career and to empower team members, helping them empower their clients and love what they do day to day.
