Hanna Ryk

Hanna Ryk's work experience began in 2018 at SKILLERS, where they worked as a Technical Sourcer and later as a Technical Recruiter. Their responsibilities at SKILLERS included technical sourcing, interviewing, and communication with clients to find the best match between candidates and companies. In 2021, they joined Headway: Fun & easy growth as a Talent Researcher and then transitioned to the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Hanna's main responsibilities involve writing and talking to people, acting as an ambassador for Headway.

From 2014 to 2018, they attended Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.

In 2019, they had an exchange student experience at Novia University of Applied Sciences, focusing on Social Services.

Following that, from 2018 to 2020, they pursued a Master's degree in Social Psychology at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Additionally, they obtained various certifications, including "Genesis Recruiting School" from Genesis Tech in July 2021, "\"Здорове інтерв'ю. Адекватна оцінка кандидатів\"" from SKILLERS in October 2020, "Tech Sourcing Course" from Amazing Hiring in June 2020, and "Ukrainian Sourcing School" from EvoTalents in December 2019.
