Previously, Jessi worked at Airbnb from November 2010 to September 2021, holding various quality management roles such as Regional Quality Manager, CS Partner Quality Lead, CX Quality Lead, Customer Experience Quality Expert, CS Training Manager, and Community Support/CS Lead. Responsibilities included executing quality programs, managing teams, developing processes, providing insights to business leaders, and ensuring quality standards were met. Jessi has a BA in English from the University of North Texas.
