Rebecca Larsen is a seasoned data science and analytics professional, currently serving as the Director of Data Science & Analytics at Headway since August 2025. Prior roles include Director of Data Science & GenAI at PagerDuty, where strategic initiatives included the development of a Customer 360 Slack chatbot and optimizing Enterprise GenAI strategies. With a strong background at Zendesk as Senior Director of Data Science & Enterprise Insights, Rebecca led a team of over 20 to create AI/ML products and drove significant advancements in experimentation and product analytics.
