Nicolas Rancourt

Nicolas Rancourt has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Nicolas began their career at First National Financial Corporation in 2003 as a Business Development Director. Nicolas then worked at Liberty Assisted Living Inc. as the Vice-President of Real Estate, where they focused on senior housing facilities. Nicolas later joined Smart Centres as a Senior Director of Real Estate Development, specializing in power centres development. Nicolas then worked at SITQ Inc. as the Director of Real Estate Investments, overseeing projects in emerging markets. Nicolas continued their career at EBC Inc. as the Director of Business Development & Special Projects, responsible for various aspects of real estate development. Nicolas then joined Acquisitions R. Allard Inc. as the Vice-President of Acquisition & Development, specializing in residential real estate projects. Nicolas later worked at Dév Méta inc. as the Director of Special Projects Development, focusing on residential and commercial building construction. Most recently, Nicolas held the position of Vice-President of Investments & Asset Management at Brigil. Currently, they are the Director of Real Estate Development, Investment & Financing at Heafey Group.
