Aditya Rathore

Aditya Rathore has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2016, they worked as an Engineering Trainee at Air India Engineering Service Limited, where they received observational training on Jet Propulsion and Aircraft Systems. Aditya also completed a study project on Non Destructive Testing and various techniques of NDT for Aircraft Components.

In 2017, Aditya interned at Aerosphere Inc., gaining valuable experience in the field. The following year, they joined the Indian Air Force (IAF) as a Project Engineer Trainee, working on a project focused on Fluid-Structure interaction and Material Science. Aditya also gained exposure to LEAN Management in the ECRS Division.

In 2018, Aditya became an Aerospace Research Fellow at MEZA | lab in Paris, France. This experience allowed him to delve deeper into aerospace research. Later in the year, they returned to Aerosphere Inc. as a Simulation Engineer (Thermal&Fluid), further enhancing their expertise in this area.

Aditya then joined Healint as a Project Manager (Business) Alternant, engaging in international project management, integration of Artificial Intelligence with Health-Tech, and coordinating work between international teams based in Singapore, California, and Paris.
