Rebecca de Souza

Rebecca De Souza's work experience includes various roles in human resources and retail management. Rebecca worked at Heal's from 2000 to the present, starting as a Retail Manager and progressing to Head of HR and eventually the Human Resources Director. Rebecca also served as an HR and Training Manager from 2003 to 2006. In addition, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at Heal and Son Ltd. from 2000 onwards. Prior to that, they were a Manager at Bentalls from 1991 to 2000.

Rebecca De Souza attended Skegness Grammar School from 1984 to 1987, but did not receive a degree or specify a field of study.
