Les McPhearson

Les McPhearson has a diverse and extensive background in healthcare leadership and executive roles. Les is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Health Alliance, where they oversee various operational and strategic areas including Information Technology, Provider Network Management, and Quality. Prior to this, Les served as the Chief Executive Officer at LMCP LLC, where they provided advisory services for healthcare technology companies. Les also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Dean Health Plan, Inc., where they were responsible for the growth and successful operations of a 500,000 member health plan division. Les has also served in various executive roles at Navvis, HealthSmart, and United Benefit Advisors (UBA), among others, where they demonstrated strong leadership and achieved exceptional results. With their vast experience in healthcare management and strategic initiatives, Les brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the organizations they have been a part of.

Les McPhearson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Math and Computer Science from Samford University. Les also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Louisville. In addition, they have taken graduate level engineering courses at Naval Nuclear Power School.
