Zoe Benfield

Zoe (Lutes) Benfield has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Zoe began their career as a Sales Associate at Macy's in 2012 and worked there until 2014. Zoe then joined Sigma Dynamics, LLC as a Green Belt Consultant, where they gained knowledge in Six Sigma and management consulting. Zoe later served as a Quality Reporting Analyst at Carle Foundation Hospital, where they utilized data analytics to evaluate and communicate performance in care coordination and disease management. Zoe also interned as a Performance Management Intern at Carle Foundation Hospital. In 2015, Zoe transitioned to Health Alliance Medical Plans, working as a Financial Business Analyst. Later, they returned to Carle Foundation Hospital as a Project Manager from 2017 to 2019. Subsequently, Zoe rejoined Health Alliance Medical Plans and held roles as the Director of Risk Adjustment Solutions and Utilization Management and currently serves as the Director of Risk Adjustment and Medical Economics. In 2019, they also briefly served as a Partner at Sigma Dynamics, LLC.

Zoe (Lutes) Benfield completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2015. Zoe also holds additional certifications, including a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) obtained in 2015 and a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification - Level I from Sigma Dynamics, LLC, obtained in 2019.
