Janice Gaynor

Janice Gaynor, RN, has extensive experience in nursing and medical management, currently serving as an RN Supervisor/Team Leader at Health Alliance Plan since September 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing medical and network management reviews for various member categories and assisting team members with case management. Previous roles encompass Utilization Review Nurse at Sedgwick CMS, Precertification Review Nurse at Principal Financial Group, and RN Unit Manager at Oakwood Health Care, among others. Janice has held managerial positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, managing utilization management operations and developing policies.
