Kelly Shaw

Kelly Shaw has a diverse work experience starting as a Reporter at Finger Lakes Times in 1994 prior to becoming a Reporter at The Salem News in 1997, where they won awards for investigative journalism. Kelly later moved on to HCPro, Inc., where they became a Group Publisher before taking on the role of New Projects Manager at Senior Living University/AIM. Kelly then worked as a Senior Content Developer and Instructional Designer at Sunrise Senior Living before becoming a Director of Learning at LCB Senior Living, LLC in 2023.

Kelly Shaw earned a BA in News Journalism from Kent State University. In addition, they obtained certifications in Certified Validation Worker from Validation Training Institute, Mental Health First Aid Responder (Adult) from National Council for Mental Wellbeing in 2021, E-Learning Instructional Design from Association for Talent Development (ATD) in 2020, Project Management for Learning Professionals from ASTD in 2009, and Business Management from Boston University Corporate Education Center in 2000.
