Alka Saxena

Alka Saxena has a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in various leadership roles. Alka currently serves as the CFO at HCAH India, where they are responsible for financial management and reporting. Prior to this, they were the Financial Controller at the same company, overseeing business finance, legal matters, and commercial affairs.

Before joining HCAH India, Alka worked as the Head of Finance & Accounts at Dr.Lal PathLabs Pvt.Ltd. In this role, they managed strategic financial planning, budgeting, M&A activities, and other financial processes. Alka also played a key role in the successful migration from Tally to ERP software.

Earlier in their career, Alka worked as a Manager of Finance at JVS Foods Pvt.Ltd., where they were involved in tender finalization and establishing nutritious food manufacturing plants through PPP projects with government agencies. Alka also gained experience as a Manager of Accounts at K.S.Oils Limited.

Alka Saxena pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 1994, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from the University of Rajasthan. Following this, from 1997 to 2000, Alka attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they obtained the degree of Chartered Accountant. During the same period, they also enrolled in the University of Rajasthan to pursue a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree, which they have not yet completed. In 2010, Alka enrolled in The Institute of Company Secretaries of India to pursue a degree in Company Secretary, which they are currently pursuing.
