The Health Care Transformation Task Force (HCTTF) is an industry consortium that brings together patients, payers, providers and purchasers to align private and public sector efforts to clear the way for a sweeping transformation of the U.S. health care system. They seek to provide a critical mass of business, operational and policy expertise from the private sector that, when combined with the efforts of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and other public and private sector stakeholders, can accelerate the pace of delivery system transformation.

The Health Care Transformation Task Force Board of Directors is made up of experienced professionals from a variety of industries with diverse educational backgrounds. Members have experience as a Chief Executive Officer, Chief Development Officer, Health Insurance Specialist, and Project Officer, among other titles. The Board of Directors also includes members from the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF ACOS and CAPG. Educationally, members of the Board have degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts, the University of Michigan School of Public Health, and Kellogg Executive Education.
