Amber Sprengard

As Vice President of Government Affairs, Amber is focused on the continued regulatory challenges and opportunities that Health Carousel faces, especially in dealing with federal legislation and administration oversight that effects their business each day. She manages the relationships with international governments and regulators of international healthcare staffing agencies and communicates Health Carousel’s ethical, honest, and socially responsible work in all their business relationships. Additionally, she represents Health Carousel’s interest on several industry associations including the AAIHR, NALTO and CGFNS and played a key role in Health Carousel’s approval as a Certified Ethical Recruiter with CGFNS.

Prior to joining Health Carousel, she spent 11 years as Vice President of Municipal Investment Banking for RBC Capital Markets. Earlier in her career, she served as Chief of Staff of the Republican National Committee and as a government affairs consultant, managing client relationships within Ohio.

Sprengard is a graduate of the James Madison College at Michigan State University. She was named to Cincinnati Business Courier’s “Forty Under 40” Class of 2012. Sprengard lives in Hyde Park with her husband and two children.
