Jon Kukulski

Jon is a seasoned corporate attorney with considerable experience handling all aspects of M&A transactions across a variety of industries. Jon joined Health Carousel in January 2016 as its first General Counsel and is responsible for the company’s legal matters, including corporate governance, business transactions, contract drafting, negotiation and process administration, development of internal and external policies and procedures, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Jon also serves as Vice President of Business Development, where he works with other members of the executive management team to lead and execute the company’s growth strategy through corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Health Carousel, Jon served as Associate General Counsel at Omnicare, Inc., where he had primary responsibility for general corporate matters, M&A transactions, and other special projects, including a leading role in the $12.9 billion acquisition of Omnicare by CVS Health that closed in August 2015. Jon came to Omnicare in 2011 from Dewey & LeBoeuf, LLP in New York, where he was an associate in the M&A group and worked on public and private transactions across a range of sectors, including healthcare, insurance, media, retail, energy, and infrastructure. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and law degree from the University of Richmond.
