Katie Glaser

Katie has more than 15 years of experience in the staffing industry. Prior to joining Health Carousel, she spent five years in the legal staffing industry assisting law firms and businesses with filling their legal needs. Katie began her career at Health Carousel as an International Recruiter and Account Manager. Through her exceptional work and leadership within that capacity, she has twice been promoted and is now Health Carousel’s Senior VP of International Operations, PassportUSA. In this capacity, she works closely with Health Carousel Philippines and with their agents around the globe. She oversees recruitment, licensing, visa processing, relocation and resettlement, and ongoing employee relations with their foreign-trained healthcare professional employees. She is also responsible for relationship management with their client hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and home health organizations. Katie is a licensed attorney who is well versed in healthcare professional immigration laws and regulation. Katie received her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School (Boston, MA) and a Bachelor of Science from Suffolk University (Boston, MA).

Katie thrives on the challenges and complexities of helping highly-motivated foreign-trained professionals start their careers in the U.S. She was a recipient of Cincinnati Business Courier's 40 Under 40 award in 2019.

She is an avid runner and enjoys taking part in many of the Health Carousel-sponsored athletic events.
